CrateSphere policy
Website and demo terms
The terms that apply to using this website and participating in a CrateSphere demonstration.
Last updated: 25 August 2026
1. Scope
CrateSphere is an Australian registered business name operated by an individual ABN holder (ABN 69 229 932 880).
These terms govern use of cratesphere.org and CrateSphere demonstrations. They do not by themselves create a subscription, hosted-service commitment or licence for a production installation. Any production deployment, paid service or tailored implementation will be governed by a separate written agreement.
2. Website and demo access
Website content is provided for general information about CrateSphere. You may use it lawfully and in accordance with the acceptable-use policy.
Demonstration access is by invitation, may change as the product develops, and may be paused or withdrawn where needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance or the integrity of the demonstration. Please do not rely on a demonstration environment as the sole repository for release-critical work.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for information, material and instructions you provide; for ensuring you have the right to provide them; and for keeping account credentials confidential. You must not submit illegal, infringing, malicious or privacy-invasive content, or interfere with the service or other users.
4. Product direction and communications
CrateSphere is evolving. Statements about planned features, including a multi-tenant cloud service, are forward-looking and are not a promise that a feature will be delivered on a particular date or in a particular form. We may contact you about a request, a demonstration, service information or material changes to these terms. You can ask us to stop non-essential communications at any time.
5. Intellectual property
CrateSphere and its website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of material you provide. You grant us only the limited permission needed to respond to an enquiry, provide a demonstration or operate an agreed demonstration environment. Do not copy, reverse engineer, scrape or use CrateSphere material except as permitted by law or with written permission.
6. Contact and changes
Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@cratesphere.org. We may update these terms as the product and its commercial arrangements develop; the update date above identifies the current public version.
